1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EAFree ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where forex trading or related services are prohibited.
3. Description of Service
EAFree provides a platform for: • Browsing, reviewing, and downloading Expert Advisors (EAs) for MetaTrader. • Earning points through verified Exness trading volume, redeemable for EA downloads. • Accessing free forex trading education and guides. • Participating in a tiered affiliate commission program. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
4. User Accounts & Registration
When creating an account you must: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information. • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One person may maintain only one account; duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.
5. Points & Wallet System
Points are earned by linking your Exness trading account and accumulating verified trading volume. Key terms: • Points are calculated as: floor(volumeUsd / 100,000). • Points are non-transferable and have no cash or monetary value. • Points can only be redeemed for EA downloads on the Platform. • EAFree reserves the right to adjust point calculation formulas, expiration policies, or redemption rates at any time. • Abuse of the points system (including but not limited to wash trading, fake volume, or exploiting bugs) will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all points.
6. EA Downloads & Usage
Downloaded Expert Advisors are licensed for personal use only. You agree not to: • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share downloaded EAs. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any EA. • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels. • Use EAs in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. EAFree does not guarantee trading profits or any specific financial outcome from the use of any EA. All trading involves substantial risk of loss.
7. User-Generated Content & Reviews
By submitting reviews or other content to the Platform, you: • Grant EAFree a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform. • Represent that your content is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not violate any third party's rights. • Acknowledge that EAFree may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. You may not post content that is defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or that promotes illegal activities.
8. Affiliate Program
Participation in the affiliate program is subject to these additional terms: • Commission rates are tier-based (30%–70%) and determined by the total trading volume of your referrals. • Commissions are held for 14 days before becoming available for withdrawal. • Minimum withdrawal amount is $50. • Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture. • EAFree reserves the right to modify commission rates, tier thresholds, or program terms at any time. • Fraudulent referral activity (click fraud, fake signups, incentivized signups) will result in immediate program termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems. • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation, servers, or networks. • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without authorization. • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation. • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content. • Circumvent any security or access controls.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to Expert Advisors, text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and educational materials — is the property of EAFree or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
11. Trading Risk Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Forex trading and the use of Expert Advisors involve substantial risk of financial loss. Past performance of any EA does not guarantee future results. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. EAFree does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAFREE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. • Any trading losses arising from the use of EAs or information on the Platform. • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EAFree and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to the Platform. Upon termination: • Your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. • All points in your wallet are forfeited. • Pending affiliate commissions within the 14-day hold period are forfeited. • You must cease all use of downloaded EAs. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at eafree888@gmail.com.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EAFree operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
